I learned to forgive quite a while ago and have forgiven all of those who needed my forgiveness in life. I had to do it for me, not them but that’s the meaning of it isn’t it?

I didn’t go back for quite a while but that was my problem to work on because,like you, I felt that some people were a bit hypocritical ( not you but others and not at that particular church) and after my dad passed very suddenly and very unexpectedly, my faith was restored once more in the church and in humankind in general.

I’m sorry I made you feel bad about the situation, Bridget, I didn’t mean to it was just something that I had to let go and let God. I just needed for people to understand the situation and again I had to do it for myself.

Don’t let this bug you because in the grand scheme of things it’s not a big thing. I still consider you a friend because we spent many a days in the basement of Ms. Claudette’s house learning Bible Drill…Those were the days that I would give my big toe to have back.
