(I think I'm more excited than the kids about the corn maze!) The project list is a good idea. Then you can add things you come up with too, and then pick a different one every week. Going to an apple orchard would make a great trip, and of course, pumpkin patch when it's time. Then you can carve or paint pumpkins. You could do that with apples too...
