Tea Party {FF}

Today was the tea party.

The only thing that made it a tea party was the fact that we served tea (and pink lemonade).
(Because really?  What’s a sunny day without any lemonade?)

But she wanted to call it a tea party, so we did.

And one of her friends couldn’t come because her brother was at home sick.

But we had fun making chinese lanterns
(which I thought everyone made in preschool but discovered that I’m the only 30-40 year old who’s ever made them).

The food was fresh and yummy.

And the impromptu water fun was a plus!

But the best part was finishing off an entire box of Push-Pops,

which somebody really liked!

So what fun thing did you do this Friday?

    So I’m completely jealous! My Fun Firday consisted of working all day with no lunch, leaving WalMart after being there an hour waiting for someone to locate the very-highlyIdemanded XS baseball pants I had called to confirm were in stock, only to arrive at daycare to pick up the kids at 6:29:38 before they close at 6:30. My kids were 2 of the last 3 there. That has NEVER happened before & it was aweful. I am willing tomorrow to be fantastically fun though!

    Fun Friday was work til 3:30; then exercise at Curves, the Relay for Life. Home for a “nap” and back to the track to walk at 3:30 a.m. and stay til the end at noon on Saturday. The kids looked like they had a great fun Friday. Enjoyed the pictures!

    I must say it was one of the most fun Fridays I’ve ever had!! Not only did my little man get to spend time with a couple of his most favorite friends, I did too! I got Bridget all to myself!! Gotta love it when the kids play so well together that you can actually carry on a conversation that doesn’t contain the words “I’m sorry…what were you saying?…or what was I saying?…was I talking or you?….wait, who are you?” And what a FABULOUS lunch!! And the decor…simply divine! (not that I’d ever copy it though…especially like within a few hours of seeing it…that’s just ridiculous) Thank you so much for letting us be part of your fun Friday!!
