What a birthday week!!
First he celebrated with my parents and granparents the weekend before while they kept Emmie and him. I don’t have any pictures of that. (Marshall and I were at our house with my friend Chris trying to get the house ready to be put on the market! We’re so close…just our bedroom left to clean out!)
Then Marshall’s birthday was the day before Tucker’s. Instead of more cake, we had a yummy, yummy meal and cookies.
The morning of Tucker’s birthday, we got up and he opened up his new train stuff. He got a really cool new table that keeps everything contained. (That’s my favorite part…you just dump the extra pieces in the drawer that’s below!) He played with it ALL day long. I had a hard time getting him to come eat lunch.
That evening we went to eat with a bunch of our friends, and then went to Build-a-Bear. We’d seen it in the mall a few times. And walked through and looked, but never bought anything. His friend Harrison has been several times, and Tucker said he wanted to go to Build-a-Bear with Harrison…so we did. It was fun…once we got Tucker into the store. Like I said, we’d been in there several times with no problems. But when we got to the entrance, he freaked out and didn’t want to go in. Once he calmed down and got inside, you can see that he enjoyed himself. And he LOVES J.Z., his new monkey!
And then, finally, we did a little party on Sunday afternoon. He’d wanted to play at the Dinosaur Park(the playground at his school with dinosaurs on it), but it was just too cold. So Jesse, Noelle, Ella, the Jester’s, Grandma and Grandpa came to see him blow out the candles and have some cupcakes!
Alot of birthday for one little kid! Enjoy the pictures!
