Ok…maybe it’s the pregnancy hormones, or maybe it’s just that I’m a big cheese-ball, but here’s another song by The Isaacs called “Barbie Bandaids”. If you’re a mom(or a dad) or if you’re somebody’s little girl, you’ll probably like this song(or roll your eyes and think I’m nuts…that’s ok, too).

Remember on Tuesday I posted about a version of “The Star Spangled Banner” that I thought was just beautiful, but I couldn’t figure out who it was. All I knew was that a girl started out singing a capella, followed by some beautiful harmonies. Well, I found it!! It’s a group called “The Isaacs”. They’re a predominantly Southern Gospel band (which isn’t usually so much my thing), but I was blown away by the studio version. Unfortunately, I could only find a live youtube video to share on this website. It’s not quite as “polished” as what you would hear on the radio, nor is the sound quality as good as what you’d hear on a real recording, but here it is none-the-less.

If you’re interested in hearing a better recording, you’ll have to sign up for a free music share website called imeem.com. The link for the song through imeem is here.
