I love my neighbors. Love ’em! They have four kids: 2 in high school and twins in elementary school. And although the boys(the twins) are bigger than my Carter, they are always sure to include him in the fun. And lately they’ve also decided that Marshall’s not so bad either. PIG and HORSE have been frequent games in our driveway lately.
So Friday we went to the pool, and then came home to take a nap. Â Lydia and I were still sleeping(and I think everyone one else was, too), and then this happened:
“Ding-dong”
(Marshall goes to the door. Finds one of the twins there.)
“You want to finish our game?” (Presumably of PIG.)
“Um….not right now, it’s nap time.”
“Oh, ok.”
(Ten minutes pass.)
“Ding-dong”
(Marshall goes to the door to find the same twin there.)
“How do you spell your name?”
“M-A-R-S-H-A-L-L”
“Ok.”
(A few more minutes pass.)
“Ding-dong”
(Marshall goes to the door once again, finding the same child at the door.)
“I thought you might want to give this to Ms. Bridget on Sunday.”
I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS!
oh how cute is that?!?!
That is TOO funny! How adorable! Although the ringing of the doorbell every ten minutes would really get old after awhile. :o)
So funny! Just in case he forgot! ;p
